Job Description

Overview

To support Trillium Place SUD service-line growth through referent and community recognition of addiction recovery services across Trillium Place and primarily our Addiction Recovery Center (ARC). This position would be responsible for relationship management, business development, and strategic planning. Referral management audiences include affiliate and non-affiliated healthcare, government agencies, social work agencies, employers of major businesses, small businesses, school systems, private clinicians, other treatment centers, and interventionists.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree: Health Administration; Marketing; Administrative; Business Communications,

Work Experience: 2+ years of experience in Developing marketing strategies for clients or corporations; Business development; Agency marketing


Responsibilities

Evaluates opportunities to build referral sources for substance use disorder and addiction treatment.Communicates frequently with referral sources to ensure expectations are met.Educate potential referral sources on Trillium Place Services Business development and planning.Becomes proficient in all Trillium Place Services.Fosters relationships with organizations and businesses to generate referrals to receive substance use disorder and addiction treatment.Actively uses business development tools and dashboards to track data and referral sources.Assist with timely admissions into services.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $22.01per hour - $36.76per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
