Job Description
- High School English Content Creation: Independently write, edit and polish all official English content tailored for international high schools, including high school campus news, student feature stories, graduate profile articles, college admission highlight reports, curriculum introduction articles, school brochures, quarterly newsletters, annual school magazines, event recaps for academic competitions, arts, sports and community service activities.
- High-end Brand Storytelling: Interpret and convey the school’s high school educational philosophy, international curriculum AP advantages, college counseling system, student cultivation characteristics and elite campus culture through in-depth long-form articles and concise short-copy content, highlighting the school’s high school education positioning and graduate development strengths.
- Campus Interview & News Coverage: Conduct one-on-one and group interviews with high school students, senior faculty, college counselors, school administrators and parent representatives; capture first-hand stories of senior student growth, competition achievements, college application journeys and faculty teaching research practices to support continuous content output.
- Digital & Official Platform Operation: Create refined English copy for the school’s official website, international social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), campus blogs and admission official accounts; adjust writing tone and content depth according to high school audience attributes, focusing on college admission highlights and high school academic characteristics.
- Copy Editing & Standard Management: Undertake full proofreading and revision of all school English publications and external release materials, ensuring zero grammatical errors, rigorous logic, unified brand style, and compliance with international high school education expression norms; optimize English manuscripts from other departments.
- High School Content Planning: Cooperate with the marketing and admissions team to formulate annual, quarterly and monthly content operation plans, focus on high school key nodes including admission seasons, graduation seasons, exam seasons and school open days, and arrange content release schedules to boost school enrollment promotion and brand influence.
- Bilingual Content Localization: Assist in the iteration and optimization of school bilingual materials, ensure all English content conforms to native English expression habits and international high school education discourse system, avoid rigid translation, and maintain a professional, rigorous and warm brand language style.
- College Application Document Support: Assist the college counseling team in polishing and optimizing students’ overseas university application documents, including personal statements (PS), recommendation letters, resumes, activity descriptions and supplementary application essays. Provide standardized English revision, wording optimization, logic polishing and content refinement while respecting students’ personal characteristics and original intentions. Ensure all application documents conform to the writing norms and admission preferences of overseas universities, help students present personalized and competitive application profiles, and support the school’s college admission output.
Job Requirements
- Education Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in English Language and Literature, Journalism, Communication, Public Relations or related majors; overseas study experience or international education industry background is highly preferred.
- Language Proficiency: Native or near-native English writing capability, proficient in English news writing, feature article creation and college application document polishing; accurate wording, rigorous logic and outstanding text expression ability, capable of independently completing in-depth long-form content creation and personalized essay optimization.
- Relevant Working Experience: Prior working experience as a writer, editor or content specialist in international high schools, bilingual high schools, premium educational institutions or education media is preferred; candidates with independent creation experience of high school admission articles, graduate feature stories and overseas university application document revision experience are prioritized.
- Industry Professionalism: Familiar with the teaching characteristics and assessment standards of mainstream international high school curricula AP, familiar with international high school campus operation, student training system and overseas university application logic, able to accurately capture high-value writing perspectives of high school education and brand communication.
- Core Competencies: Sensitive to campus news and educational hot topics, with excellent storytelling and on-site interview skills; able to efficiently complete multiple content tasks under tight deadlines with stable output quality.
- Personal Quality: Meticulous, rigorous, responsible and proactive; good cross-departmental communication and team collaboration skills; able to adapt to the intensive work rhythm of key high school campus events and admission cycles.
