Your Mission

• Deliver with Clockwork Precision by completing all pickups and deliveries on time
• Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and routing tools
• Provide professional, reliable customer service at every stop
• Adapt quickly to route changes, traffic, or delivery challenges
• Represent NOW Courier with reliability and professionalism

Route Details

• Local routes across Indiana
• Home daily
• Schedule: Monday through Friday with flexible start times
• Consistent, year round delivery volume
• Mix of dock to dock and jobsite deliveries

Earning Potential

• Commission based structure

Vehicle Program

NOW Courier offers a vehicle lease program designed to help drivers get started without needing their own vehicle.

• Lease to own opportunities available
• Cargo vans and larger vehicle options depending on route
• Late model vehicles that meet safety standards
• Vehicles are ready to operate from day one

Limited time incentives may be available.

What You’ll Be Handling

• Palletized freight
• Routed deliveries
• Commercial and customer specific shipments
• Loading and unloading as required

Requirements

Professional Standards:

• Age: Be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous delivery or driving experience preferred
• Ability to lift and handle freight as needed
• Smartphone: Possess a smartphone capable of running our driver app.
• Licensing & Insurance: Hold a valid driver's license and commercial insurance coverage with a minimum of $300,000 combined single limit liability.
• Pre-Employment Screening: You must successfully pass a comprehensive pre-employment process which includes a Driving History Review (past 36 months), Criminal Background Check, and Substance Abuse (Drug) Screening.
