About the Role

We’re hiring a General Manager for Popeyes in Lapeer, Michigan. This is a great fit for a proven QSR leader who runs a restaurant like a business, not just a shift - someone who owns results, develops teams and delivers consistent performance without needing constant oversight.

What You’ll Do

• Take full ownership of restaurant performance, operations and team execution
• Maintain brand standards with a consistently clean, high-performing operation
• Manage labor, food cost (COGS) and inventory to hit financial targets
• Analyze P&L and adjust operations in real time to drive profitability
• Hire, train and develop a reliable, high-performing team
• Ensure proper staffing levels and strong shift coverage
• Communicate performance updates and solutions to ownership
• Lead by example with a strong presence and accountability mindset

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of QSR General Manager experience (required)
• Strong understanding of P&L, labor control and cost management
• Proven ability to run a restaurant with minimal supervision
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Prior Popeyes or similar brand experience preferred
• Strong leadership, accountability and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build and retain a reliable team
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
