Job Description

Job Title: Residential Services Manager

Type: Contract-to-Hire | Full-Time

Location: San Francisco, CA

Pay Range: $28–30/hour

Summary

Seeking a Residential Services Manager to support day-to-day operations of a residential community. This role serves as the primary point of contact for residents and oversees administrative functions, building operations, maintenance coordination, and vendor relations. Ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point of contact for residents
  • Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, and deliveries
  • Maintain resident portal and community records
  • Respond to resident inquiries, complaints, and violations
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor access
  • Conduct building and move inspections
  • Post notices, prepare mailings, and support community communications
  • Monitor common areas for cleanliness, safety, and maintenance needs
  • Support front desk operations and special projects
  • Be available after-hours for building emergencies as needed

Maintenance & Vendor Coordination

  • Track and follow up on maintenance requests
  • Inspect completed work for quality and compliance
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors
  • Maintain vendor insurance and contract documentation

Qualifications

  • Experience in property management, hospitality, or residential services preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
