Job Description

Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Project Coordinator. This role will support project planning, coordination, communication, and execution across teams for a growing U.S.-based organization.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in project management, operations, or business coordination.

The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, internal teams, and stakeholders to help keep projects on track, ensure deadlines are met, and support day-to-day coordination tasks.

The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience, qualifications, and client hiring needs. Additional compensation and benefits details will be shared during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with project planning, timelines, and task coordination
  • Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes
  • Communicate updates between team members and stakeholders
  • Maintain project documentation, files, and reports
  • Help identify risks, issues, and follow-up actions
  • Support project managers with administrative and coordination tasks
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Organize data, updates, and status reports
  • Assist with onboarding new projects, clients, or initiatives
  • Use project management tools to track tasks and workflows
  • Support cross-functional collaboration across teams

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 0–2 years of experience in administrative, coordination, customer service, or project-related roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong follow-through and accountability
