The company specializes in e-commerce strategies and productions for global fashion and beauty brands. With $2 million in angel funding secured, our company is poised for ambitious growth in the ever-evolving and competitive e-commerce and digital media landscapes.

As the company experiences exponential growth, we are seeking passionate and talented individuals to join our diverse live-streaming team. You will be the face of our live shopping channels on TikTok, representing globally renowned fashion and beauty brands. Your role will involve presenting and introducing products to viewers on TikTok Live, solidifying our presence in the digital marketplace.

This is an on-site position, and candidates must be able to commute to Manhattan, NY for work.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Presenting & Live Streaming: Host the brand’s live streaming channel on TikTok for 1-2 sessions per day (minimum 2-3 hours each time), promoting top brand merchandise including dresses and beauty product at our studios in Manhattan
• Shooting Short Videos: Create creative short videos for our TikTok brand account as needed (biweekly)
• Sales & E-commerce: Be sales-oriented, use innovative tactics, and possess excellent product knowledge to drive sales on TikTok Shop via Livestream
• Collaborate with our marketing team to generate more creative and unique ways of presenting

Requirements:

• Strong ability to style and showcase fashion brands in a compelling, conversion-driven way.
• MUST be fluent in English with minimal accent to ensure broad audience comprehension
• Experienced in modeling or acting and/ or proficient in on-camera work/ prior experience in customer service, waitressing experience is a plus
• Confidence as a presenter and/or actor in front of the camera
• Talkative with good expression, high coordination, and a strong work ethic
• Familiarity with social media; understanding of TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube functionality
• Knowledge of fashion & beauty brands and a passion for the fashion & beauty industry
• Experience in fashion & beauty retail sales or e-commerce is preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: $30.00-$70.00 per hour, with commission
