We are a niche high-end direct-hire agency (NOT a typical staffing firm) with specializations in Automation, Data Center, Power Management/Supply, Engineering (MEP & Civil), etc.

Our customers are a mix of Fortune 500 corps and local contractors/engineering firms.

While most recruitment firms focus on heavy “cold calling”, we primarily focus on pinpoint recruitment with “messaging” that leads to “warm” calls. We collaborate as a team with 4 layers: Recruiters, Sales, Sourcers, and Lead Generators.

LOCATION:

  • Newport Mesa / Newport Beach, CA (20280 Acacia)

POSITION:

Lead Generator / Office Admin

  • Daily Market Research
  • Daily CRM and Sales List Management
  • Assemble sales data through company and POC prospecting
  • Build targeted marketing lists in very niche industries for strategic sales and recruiting
  • Format resumes and create marketing profiles
  • Assist the sourcing team when needed
  • Assist with maintaining the office and ordering supplies
  • Manage office inventory and maintain an organized supply system
  • Keep the kitchen and common areas clean, stocked, and orderly
  • Organize office spaces to ensure a clean, efficient, and professional environment
  • Coordinate restocking of office, kitchen, and workplace essentials
  • Monitor supply levels and anticipate office needs before shortages arise
  • Support general office operations and administrative tasks as needed
  • Complete candidate references and customer inquiries when needed

OFFERED:

  • Estimated Pay: $50,000 to $70,000 = Base Pay ($18-28/hour) + 10 hours Overtime/week + Bonuses
  • 401K w/ 5% Match (eligibility after 1 year) – Dollar-for-Dollar; 100% Vested
