What You'll Do

As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you'll manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing while helping clients find the right insurance solutions for their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business through community outreach, networking, referrals, and local marketing efforts

• Meet with prospective clients to assess insurance needs

• Present customized insurance solutions for auto, home, life, business, and specialty coverage

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Generate quotes, present proposals, and close new business

• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline

• Consistently achieve and exceed production goals

• Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development

• Represent the Farmers brand with professionalism and integrity

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• Active Insurance license

• Sales, customer service, retail, or business development experience preferred
