Position Overview

As a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent , you'll actively prospect neighborhoods, build relationships with homeowners, identify insurance needs, and present customized insurance solutions. Unlike appointment-setting roles, you'll manage the full sales cycle—from first conversation to policy issuance.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction, relationship building, and the excitement of closing new business.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect new business through several methods

• Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners and prospective clients

• Identify customer insurance needs through consultative conversations

• Educate clients on available Property & Casualty, Life, and other insurance products

• Present customized insurance solutions and coverage recommendations

• Develop long-term client relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
