We are seeking a dedicated Installation Team Member to join our team and contribute to the enhancement and beautification of our clients' properties. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Project Manager and team members to complete landscape installation projects efficiently and to high standards
• Install trees, plants, sod, mulch, pine straw, and other landscape materials
• Assist with the installation and repair of irrigation systems
• Construct hardscapes such as patios, pavers, and retaining walls
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project goals are met
• Provide excellent service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with completed projects

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in landscape installation or a related field
• Valid South Carolina driver’s license and ability to be insured
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong communication skills; conversational Spanish is a plus
• Dependable, adaptable, and achievement-oriented
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and willingness to take on challenges
• Reside within a 35-minute commute of 2983 Hut Rd. for convenience
