Reports to: Director of Operations

Hours : Hourly wage, Mon-Fri daytime hours

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Team Member to support daily operations in our Houston distribution center. This position is hands-on and essential to keeping our warehouse running smoothly. You will handle receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and general warehouse organization. You’ll be part of a growing global company with a close-knit Houston team. Key Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, and stock inventory
  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper labeling, bin placement, and cycle counts
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times
  • Assist with preparing kits, assembling components, and packaging products
  • Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
  • Use ERP/WMS systems to update inventory and process orders
  • Support other warehouse tasks as assigned by the supervisor
  • Perform other duties as required.

Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):

  • Perform precise work requiring manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
  • Frequently stand for long periods, walk, bend, and handle tools and instrumentation.
  • Use visual acuity for reading measurements, gauges, calibration marks, and detailed assembly work.
  • Lift, carry, and move parts or equipment weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Work in a shop environment with exposure to tools, equipment, and occasional heat during welding or brazing.
  • Occasionally travel to customer locations, which may involve loading/unloading and setup of equipment.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or general labor experience
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in doing the job right
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
  • Basic experience with inventory systems, scanners, or ERP is a plus
  • Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
