Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Warehouse Customer Service Associate to join our team. This role bridges warehouse operations and customer communication, ensuring accurate order processing and a high level of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, and inventory
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges using internal systems
• Resolve customer issues and provide timely updates on order status
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Assist with inventory checks and administrative warehouse tasks as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, warehouse operations, or logistics preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, warehouse management systems a plus)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work on-site in Bohemia, NY
