US Tax Preparer

Through proactive planning and in-depth knowledge of tax regulations, we ensure each client receives tailored guidance to meet their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns, including related city and state reports and filings
- Enter and analyze previously filed tax returns for optimization or refund opportunities
- Respond to tax notices and inquiries from various taxing jurisdictions
- Communicate with tax leads to address issues and meet deadlines.
- Onboard / Offboard Customers
- Maintain and update document checklists for efficient workflow.
- Explore automation opportunities for document requests.
- Process tax returns, manage schedules, and facilitate document flow.
Mandatory:
- Graduate of Accountancy (CA/CPA required)
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of US Tax experience (technology industry is preferable) (this requirement is non-negotiable)
- Proficient in on the Google App platform and MS Office applications (high level of expertise in excel, google spreadsheets)
- High Level of English communication skills
- Quick learner
- Tax Software : CHH
