Job Description

About the Role

As a Technical PM, you will sit at the epicenter of Research, Engineering, and Product . You aren't just building features; you are shaping Model Behavior . You will be responsible for defining how our models reason, plan, and execute tasks in the real world. This is a 0-to-1 role for a builder who thrives in high-stakes ambiguity and moves with extreme velocity.

What You’ll Do

  • Bridge Research & Product: Collaborate with ML researchers to translate frontier breakthroughs in reasoning and memory into high-value product experiences.
  • Define Model Behavior: Lead the strategy for model fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering. Work on the "Evals" (evaluation frameworks) that define what "good" looks like for our AI.
  • Ship End-to-End: Own the full product lifecycle from early-stage prototyping in Python/Notebooks to deploying robust APIs and consumer-facing interfaces.
  • Build the Agentic Future: Design the orchestration layer that allows our AI to use tools, browse the web, and perform complex tasks autonomously.
  • Data-Driven Intuition: Use usage signals and qualitative feedback to prioritize the roadmap, balancing latent user needs with the fast-moving frontier of model capabilities.

You May Be a Good Fit If You:

  • Are an AI Practitioner: You don’t just "follow" AI news; you build. You’ve deployed LLM-based products, contributed to open-source AI, or spent your weekends hacking on LangChain/AutoGPT.
  • Possess Deep Technical Judgment: You can reason through trade-offs like latency vs. reasoning depth , token cost vs. UX , and stochasticity vs. reliability .
  • Are a "Full-Stack" Thinker: You are comfortable reading code, querying vector databases, and diving into model logs to understand why a specific output failed.
  • Thrive in Radical Ambiguity: You can drive clarity from complexity and make high-velocity decisions with 70% of the information.
  • Previous experience in a high-growth, 0-to-1 startup environment.
