Printbox Merch LLC , a fast-growing custom apparel and merchandise company based in Austin, Texas, is seeking an experienced  Embroidery Machine Operator to join our production team. What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate our  SWF multi-head embroidery machines to fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle daily maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime and keep production running smoothly.
• Ensure each order meets Printbox Merch’s high standards for quality, precision, and presentation.
• Trim, finish, and package embroidered garments with care.
• Keep your workspace organized, clean, and production-ready.
• Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional products.

The Ideal Candidate

• Has 3+ years of embroidery experience , ideally with  SWF or similar commercial embroidery machines . (Please do not apply without experience)
• Understands machine maintenance and basic repair to limit downtime.
• Possesses  strong attention to detail , a sense of organization, and pride in quality workmanship.
• Thrives in a  fast-paced environment and maintains focus under pressure.
• Communicates clearly and works well both independently and as part of a team.
• Is dependable, punctual, and proactive.
