What we are looking for

We are seeking a Senior Analyst – Life Sciences Analytics to join our team. This is a high-visibility role with exposure to leadership decision-making and an opportunity to support critical business priorities such as product launch support, forecast planning, and executive-level decision support. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, experience working with complex healthcare data such as claims, EHR, Specialty Pharmacy, Specialty Distribution and Lab Data and the ability to generate actionable insights that inform business strategy.

What you will do

• Leverage Technology & Best Practices: Use emerging technology and analytics best practices to solve business challenges in healthcare and pharma.
• Data Structuring & Analysis: Structure and analyze complex healthcare data to generate actionable insights that support commercial strategy, business performance tracking, and leadership decision-making.
• Advanced Analytics Tools: Utilize SQL and Python to work with data warehouse sources such as claims and SD data for advanced analytics and business problem-solving.
• Process Optimization: Streamline recurring tasks by building scalable and efficient analytical processes that improve reporting, monitoring, and insight generation
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver customized, high-impact solutions and support strategic priorities across commercial analytics and planning.
• Mentorship & Innovation: Support team development and contribute innovative ideas and solutions
• Internal Growth Initiatives: Contribute to new internal offerings and capabilities that expand ProcDNA’s work in life sciences analytics and strategic decision support.

Must Have

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in healthcare / pharma consulting, including at least 1 year of experience in the U.S. market.
• Strong experience working with healthcare datasets such as claims, specialty pharmacy / specialty distributor data, and EHR data.
• Strong SQL skills and working knowledge of Python for advanced analytics and working with DWH extracts.
• Experience in claims-based analytics across patient, provider, and payer-level analyses.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering with a strong academic track record.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders while maintaining a high standard of quality .
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to effectively present insights to both internal and client teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a creative, analytical, and problem-solving environment .
