FP&A Senior Associate (Harrisburg Area)
A rapidly growing, private equity-backed organization is seeking a strong FP&A Senior Associate to join its finance team. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to executive leadership and meaningful impact on business strategy and performance.
What You’ll Do:
• Build and enhance financial models (forecasting, cash flow, scenario analysis)
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
• Deliver insights through reporting and board materials
• Partner with operations and accounting teams
• Analyze performance, track trends, and support decision-making
What We’re Looking For:
• FP&A experience with strong financial modeling skills
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar tools
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
