Signavio Consultant

Location: St. Louis, MO

Work Arrangement: Onsite for 4 days per week during the first 3 weeks; remote thereafter, with occasional travel for workshops or meetings as required.

Important: Candidates must be able to work onsite in St. Louis, MO for the first 3 weeks.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Signavio Consultant with strong expertise in business process management, process modeling, process analysis, and process mining. The consultant will work with business and technology teams to analyze, model, optimize, and govern business processes using SAP Signavio and related process analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, model, analyze, and optimize business processes using SAP Signavio .
• Define business processes, process hierarchies, KPIs, measurements, and process performance metrics.
• Identify process improvement opportunities using process analytics and process mining techniques.
• Develop and maintain process models using BPMN 2.0 standards.
• Support business process transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work with stakeholders to understand current-state and future-state processes.
• Apply business process management concepts and industry-standard methodologies.
• Leverage APQC process definitions and SAP Best Practices where applicable.
• Support process governance, collaboration, and process lifecycle management.
• Participate in client workshops and business process discovery sessions.
• Provide functional support for SAP Signavio solutions and related process management initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience with SAP or other leading ERP solutions , including implementation and support programs.
• Previous experience with BI, process mining, or process management tools such as:
  • SAP Signavio
  • Celonis
  • Fluxicon
  • ARIS Process Performance Manager
  • QPR
• Strong knowledge of Business Process Design and Modeling .
• Strong experience in Business Process Analysis and KPI definition/measurement.
• Understanding of process analytics and process improvement methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and business process management concepts.
• Understanding of BPM technology and process hierarchy definition .
• Familiarity with APQC process frameworks and SAP Best Practices .

SAP Signavio Experience

Hands-on experience with the SAP Signavio Enterprise Suite , particularly:

• SAP Signavio Process Insights
• SAP Signavio Process Intelligence
• SAP Signavio Process Manager
• SAP Signavio Journey Modeler
• SAP Signavio Process Governance
• SAP Signavio Collaboration Hub
• SAP Build Process Automation

Additional Requirements

• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
• Comfortable facilitating workshops and process discovery sessions.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client workshops or meetings.
• Must be available to work onsite in St. Louis, MO, 4 days per week during the first 3 weeks.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate combines SAP Signavio expertise, business process management, process modeling, and process mining experience and can translate business requirements into actionable process improvements. Experience across SAP/ERP transformation programs and hands-on knowledge of the Signavio Enterprise Suite will be highly valued.
