Job Description

Northern Sales Company, a trusted name in the industry for over 60 years, is seeking a dedicated Route Delivery Driver to join our team in Ketchikan, AK. As a Route Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our valued customers, while also maintaining product displays and providing excellent service. Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders safely and efficiently to designated locations.
• Check in products with each customer’s receiver upon delivery.
• Merchandise store shelves, coolers, and displays by rotating products and removing unsellable items.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas, ensuring a clean and orderly workspace.
• Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service at every stop.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local regulations related to delivery operations.
• Work a schedule typically from Tuesday to Saturday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm, or until duties are completed; overtime may be required based on business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of experience in delivery driving and merchandising preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid DOT physical.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Familiarity with non-CDL box trucks and willingness to learn applicable regulations preferred.
• Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic.

Compensation

$20.00 per hour
