Job Description

Overview:

Our client, a well-established and rapidly growing quick-service restaurant concept, is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations at their Greer, SC location. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, scheduling, and financial performance.
  • Lead, train, and develop team members to maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and food quality.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor operational performance metrics and implement improvements to maximize profitability and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, health and safety standards, and local regulations.
  • Manage labor costs, food costs, and other controllable expenses to achieve or exceed financial goals.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support company initiatives, promotional activities, and community engagement efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of restaurant management experience, ideally within a quick-service or fast-paced dining concept.
  • MUST have worked at a restaurant before that has a drive thru
  • Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop staff while maintaining a positive team culture.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience managing budgets and interpreting profit and loss statements.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, food safety, and workplace safety standards.
  • Skilled in multitasking, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing daily operations and ongoing initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and general POS systems.
  • Valid U.S. work authorization and driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma required; additional education in business or restaurant management preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $65K base salary with performance-based bonuses

Schedule:

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule
  • Shifts will usually run from 6 AM- 3 PM
