Fortune Property Management is seeking a polished, organized, and service-oriented Resident Services / Management Coordinator to support resident move-ins and help address day-to-day tenant needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and helping create a smooth and positive resident experience.

The Resident Services / Management Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact for residents, assisting with move-in coordination, responding to tenant concerns, and working closely with management and maintenance to ensure issues are handled promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident move-ins, including scheduling, communication, and required documentation
• Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant questions, concerns, and general issues
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident needs and help ensure timely follow-up
• Coordinate with maintenance and management to assist in resolving resident issues
• Maintain accurate records, correspondence, and resident-related files
• Support the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the management office
• Help deliver a high level of resident service and overall satisfaction

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, responsive, and customer service-driven approach
• Prior experience in property management, leasing, hospitality, or customer service preferred
