Registered Nurse (RN) – VA Electronic Health Record Support

Kelly Government Solutions is seeking full-time Registered Nurses (RNs) to support a major Electronic Health Record (EHR) transition at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center (LSCVAMC). This is a critical, high-impact initiative supporting our nation's veterans as the Cleveland VAMC introduces its new federal EHR system in October 2026.

Pay Rates:

• MS, ICU, SCI, ED: $44.80–$47.75/hour
• CLC, Primary Care: $38.12–$44.92/hour (includes H&W)

Position Summary:

As a Registered Nurse at LSCVAMC, you will deliver direct and indirect patient care aligned with Joint Commission standards and VA policies. You will provide essential support before, during, and after the EHR go-live, ensuring continuity and quality of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive patient assessments and care planning
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and monitor telemetry
• Accurately document in the VA’s Electronic Health Record system
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide patient/family education
• Adhere to patient safety and infection control protocols

Required Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (ACEN/CCNE-accredited)
• Valid, unrestricted RN license (Ohio or NLC Compact)
• Minimum 2 years recent experience in specialty (last 3 years)
• BLS (AHA) required; ACLS (AHA) required for ICU & ED
• Successful completion of VA credentialing, background check & fingerprinting
• Willingness to work variable shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays); flexibility to float within assigned service areas

Preferred:

• Prior VA or EHR transition experience
