Job Title: Assistant Property Manager / Property Manager (Temp-to-Hire) – 2 Openings

Location: Onsite – Wisconsin Dells, WI

Pay: Property Manager: $55,000 – $60,000 annually OR Assistant Property Manager: $50,000 – $53,000 annually

Schedule: Full-time, flexible hours (typically 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM)

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager / Property Manager for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Wisconsin Dells. This role will support affordable housing properties of up to 100+ units, making it ideal for candidates with property management industry experience particularly in LIHTC or Section 8 housing and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations for properties of up to 100+ units, including leasing, move-ins and move-outs, and tenant relations
• Support or lead onsite staff to ensure smooth operations and strong team performance
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations (LIHTC, HUD, RD, Section 8, as applicable)
• Manage tenant records, rent collection, and reporting processes
• Assist with or lead resident communications and issue resolution

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in the property management industry (leasing, Assistant PM, or Property Manager roles)
• Affordable housing experience (LIHTC, HUD, RD preferred)
• Must have a valid driver’s license
