Job Title: Property Customer Service Representative
Location: Tampa, FL
Compensation: $20-23 an hour
Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
This position is a 3-6 month contract with possible extension.
This role supports compliance operations within a residential property environment, ensuring adherence to local regulations and community guidelines. The position is responsible for reviewing, tracking, and resolving compliance violations while helping to minimize financial risk and maintain accurate records.
Responsibilities:
• Review and prioritize incoming violation notices and compliance-related communications
• Determine responsibility for resolving violations and initiate appropriate next steps
• Coordinate with internal teams, residents, and external partners to resolve issues in a timely manner
• Track and document all compliance activity within internal systems to maintain accurate records
• Monitor reports and dashboards to identify outstanding violations and areas requiring follow-up
• Confirm resolution of violations through documentation, communication, and system updates
• Support fine mitigation efforts by confirming amounts, requesting waivers, and negotiating reductions when applicable
• Coordinate payment requests and ensure proper documentation for any fines issued
• Maintain data integrity across systems and ensure all records are up to date
• Provide ongoing communication and follow-up to ensure compliance standards are met
Qualifications:
• 2–5+ years of experience in property management, compliance, or administrative operations
• Experience working with HOA guidelines, municipal regulations, or similar compliance standards preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume workflows
• Experience using systems such as Salesforce, Yardi, ServiceNow, or similar platforms preferred
• Ability to review documentation, identify issues, and take appropriate action
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and follow up with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
