  • Calendar management: The marketing assistant will also keep our content calendar up to date and organized. They'll maintain an organized flow of assets and approvals between various content and creative agencies and internal stakeholders.
  • They should feel comfortable managing conflicting priorities from various stakeholders to adjust the social content calendar to reflect the needs of the business.
  • Measurement: The marketing assistant will prepare monthly and ad-hoc (often even recap) reports of channel performance and suggest ways to improve our social content and community management based on the data. They will regularly track metrics like follower growth, engagement rate, and engagement volume.
  • The ideal candidate should be eager to track industry wide social trends to influence how we test and iterate our content to continually refine our performance.
  • PLESE INCLUDE A SAMPLE OF SOCIAL MEDIA WORK/LINK TO LINKED IN PROFILE/PORTFOLIO WITH RESUME SUBMISSION
