Join Our Team at Hawaiian Building Maintenance! Hawaiian Building Maintenance (HBM) has been providing quality service since 1957. We are one of the largest facility service providers in the State of Hawaii. We are seeking a qualified individual with industry experience. Reporting directly to the Chief Building Engineer or the Account Manager-Engineering, the HVAC Maintenance Technician will be tasked with general maintenance and repairs of facility equipment and property structures, as well as grounds maintenance. Candidates must pass a background check, possess a valid Hawaii driver’s license, access to a reliable vehicle, previous hands-on maintenance experience, proficiency in light plumbing, electrical work, HVAC, carpentry, and painting/drywall, all tasks must be performed in accordance with EPA, Hazmat, and OSHA safety regulations. Excellent communication skills and the capability to work independently or collaboratively within a team are crucial.
