Sellery, Inc. stands out as a dynamic and rapidly expanding Livestream company, committed to pioneering the TikTok Livestream selling market. We are one of the first TikTok officially invited shopping partners. TikTok leading TSP, supporting multiple US top fashion/beauty brands in live and videos, which just completed a $2M angel funding round. In the past month, we ranked first in the TikTok live fashion category in the U.S.

We are seeking a talented and motivated Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the recruitment of TikTok live streaming hosts, posting recruitment positions, seeking talent, selection, inviting interviews, and providing an offer letter for suitable candidates.
  • Hosts recruitment management: manage hosts recruiting team and be accountable for results.
  • Daily management of live streaming hosts, arranging the schedules of live streaming hosts; ensuring efficient completion of each live stream.
  • Employee relationship management, including employee communication and collaboration, employee development and training, corporate culture construction.
  • Assist in handling other temporary tasks of the HR department.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Preferably 1-2 years' experience as a Sales Recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of sales roles and the ability to assess candidates' sales skills effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Good written and verbal skills in English.
