We are a small church with an average attendance of about 20. We have been without a pastor for 19 months. We live in a small rural city in the desert southwest which has extreme heat in the summers. With the desert heat and lack of amenities makes it difficult to retain a pastor. We currently have an interim pastor that faithfully brings us the Word each Sunday. Our church has gone through difficulties in the last few years and we asking he Lord for a pastor that will help us rebuild and restore our fellowship.
We have a nice facility which is debt free and we are financially stable. We are a very close loving fellowship and seeking the pastor the Lord has for us.
We are looking for a pastor, who will preach the Word, be a leader and a shepherd to our fellowship as we reach out to the unchurched.
