Job Description
Lentech is actively interviewing for a JUNIOR Data Scientist
- 1+ years of experience in statistics, operations research, or advanced mathematics
- Experience with R or Python
- Experience using scientific methods to inform qualitative and quantitative analyses
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with optimization, modeling and simulation, prediction, estimation, decision analysis, or engineering management
- Experience analyzing large-scale datasets
- Experience with data gathering, cleansing, and parsing
- Experience developing and applying optimization and simulation models
- Ability to work in Windows and Linux OS environments
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, or Data Science

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is: $131,485.00 $140,421.00
