Job Title: In-Office LVN – Hospice.

Location: In-Office (No Remote Option).

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work in our hospice office. This role is strictly in-office and supports clinical and administrative operations. The ideal candidate is organized, computer-competent, and comfortable handling a high volume of coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and coordinate hospice medication and medical supply orders.
• Answer and triage incoming phone calls from patients, families, pharmacies, and vendors.
• Document and manage patient information using HospiceMD.
• Communicate with the interdisciplinary hospice team to ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Perform general office and clinical support duties as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Active LVN license (state-appropriate and in good standing).
• Experience using HospiceMD (required).
• Hospice experience strongly preferred.
• Strong computer skills and comfort with electronic medical records.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced office setting.
• Clear communication skills and professional phone etiquette.

Work Environment:

• In-office position.
• Standard weekday schedule, no weekends.
