Senior Full Stack Developer (.NET / React) – Hybrid | Hoffman Estates, IL
We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who is already working with AI as part of their development workflow — not just experimenting with it .
This role is for engineers who know how to use tools like GitHub Copilot (or similar) to generate real code, refine it, and optimize it — not just autocomplete a few lines.
If you’ve built your own setup, understand how to guide AI effectively, and can still think critically about architecture and performance, this will stand out.
What You’ll Be Working On
• Building and scaling full stack applications using .NET (C#) and React
• Developing microservices in a containerized environment (Kubernetes)
• Working across a modern stack including Kafka, PostgreSQL, Redis, and ELK
• Improving system performance, reliability, and scalability
• Collaborating with engineering teams on feature delivery and enhancements
What We’re Actually Looking For
• Strong full stack experience with .NET and React
• Experience working in microservices-based architectures
• Hands-on, real-world use of AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot or similar)
• Ability to generate, review, and refine AI-assisted code — not just rely on it
• Engineers who think in terms of systems, not just tickets

• Hybrid – 3 days onsite (Tue–Thu) in Hoffman Estates, IL
