Seeking skilled fine dining line cooks! You will be responsible for efficiently working with the rest of the team to exceed our high-valued guest expectations. As a Back of House Team Member, you will be making the magic happen behind the scenes, ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable meal. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and kitchen cleanliness. You will work closely with our culinary team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of ingredients and dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and standards.
• Cooking: Execute cooking techniques and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in every dish.
• Plating: Ensure that all dishes are presented beautifully and in accordance with the restaurant's guidelines.
• Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels, including receiving and storing deliveries.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all food items meet the restaurant's standards.
• Collaborate with front of house team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and service

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting is required.
