Role Description

The Seasonal Field Team Associate position is part-time, requiring 20 hours per week, beginning June 1st and ending on November 20th (approximate). While most work is done during regular business hours, M-F, due to the seasonal nature of farming, some hours may be needed in early evenings.

Responsibilities/ Duties

• Assisting staff during harvest events, picking crops and instructing volunteers in the fields
• Gathering supplies prior to a volunteer harvest event and cleaning up after the event
• Helping with registration/intake of volunteers as they arrive
• Moving pallets and setting up bins in the field for volunteers during a harvest event
• Administrative duties associated with harvests such as thank you emails and keeping records in Salesforce

• Strong Interpersonal Communication Skills
• Public Speaking
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Ability to work in a team setting
• Ability to work in a fluid environment
• Valid driver's license
• Salesforce experience (preferred, not required)
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) (preferred, not required)

Education/ Physical Requirements

• High school diploma/equivalent or greater
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. at times
