  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on‑site support as needed
  • Manage logistics including rentals, catering, staffing, shipping, and run‑of‑show coordination
  • Track timelines and ensure all event details are executed accurately and on schedule

Vendor & Partner Coordination

  • Communicate with vendors, venues, and external partners to confirm details, schedules, and deliverables
  • Assist with vendor sourcing, estimates, and invoice tracking
  • Support partner communications for co‑hosted events and collaborations

  • Strong organizational and project‑management skills; detail‑oriented and reliable
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities
  • Clear, professional communicator with vendors and internal teams
  • Hands‑on, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves attitude—comfortable with physical setup and on‑site support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with tools like Airtable, Google Workspace, or project trackers is a plus
  • Must be based in NYC or the Stamford, CT area and able to support events in person as needed

Why This Role
