Lifestyle Manager (Hybrid – San Diego Based)

Elite Lifestyle Management

Elite Lifestyle Management (ELM) is seeking a highly experienced, polished, and proactive Lifestyle Manager to join our growing team. This is a San Diego-based hybrid role, with a combination of in-office collaboration and remote work flexibility.

About the Role

This is a full-scope lifestyle management role supporting high-net-worth members across travel, day-to-day needs, and ensuring their homes and properties run smoothly.

You will serve as a trusted point of contact, helping to coordinate and oversee various aspects of a member’s lifestyle, including travel planning, personal requests, and light property oversight. The role is dynamic and ever-evolving, requiring strong organization, discretion, and attention to detail.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, thoughtful, and enjoys bringing structure and ease to busy lives — someone who can anticipate needs, stay a step ahead, and handle responsibilities with confidence while maintaining a high level of care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Member & Lifestyle Management

  • Manage day-to-day requests for high-net-worth members across travel, dining, events, household, and personal needs
  • Anticipate member needs and proactively execute solutions
  • Maintain a high level of responsiveness and discretion at all times

VIP Account Management

  • Oversee operations across multiple residences and locations
  • Coordinate property readiness, including pre-arrival planning, stocking, and vendor scheduling
  • Ensure all properties and services are running smoothly and proactively address issues before they arise
  • Track ongoing maintenance and operational needs across properties

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in lifestyle management, estate management, or a similar high-touch role working with HNW individuals or families
  • Experience managing complex, high-net-worth households or accounts with multiple properties
  • Extremely organized with strong operational thinking
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping details
  • Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and highly resourceful
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage up, down, and across stakeholders
  • Tech-savvy (experience with tools like Salesforce, Asana, Google Suite, etc.)

Compensation & Details

  • Salary: depending on experience - please send salary requirements in your cover letter
  • Hybrid schedule (San Diego-based — must be local or willing to drive to our office 1x-2x per week)
  • Monday–Friday role with occasional flexibility as needed

Why This Role

This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact position within a growing company, working closely with elite members and gaining exposure to complex, high-level operations.

If you are someone who thrives in fast-paced, detail-driven environments and enjoys building order out of chaos — this role is for you.

Cover Letter Requirements

Please include a cover letter answering the following:

  1. Describe your experience managing a high-touch lifestyle or estate. What level of ownership did you have across operations, logistics, and decision-making?
  2. When would you be available to begin?
  3. This role requires a high level of ownership, discretion, and operational thinking. Why do you believe you are a strong fit for this type of position?
  4. What are your salary expectations (USD)?
