Salary: $130,000 - 130,000 per year Requirements:
- We require proven success leading enterprise-scale ERP implementations and broader transformation programs.
- We require hands-on experience with Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision.
- We require a strong grasp of project governance, scheduling, risk control, scope management, and structured delivery methods.
- We require experience working alongside organizational change management teams and recognizing readiness factors.
- We require outstanding communication, facilitation, leadership, documentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- We require the capability to steer complex, multi-workstream enterprise initiatives with professionalism and accountability.
- We highly value PRINCE2, PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification.
- We prefer experience in professional services, engineering, environmental consulting, architecture, or other project-based environments.
- We prefer familiarity with related platforms and integrations such as Workato, UKG, Microsoft Business Central, Power BI, CRM systems, and enterprise reporting tools.
- We prefer prior consulting experience in enterprise software or digital transformation settings.
Responsibilities: - We lead full lifecycle Deltek Vantagepoint initiatives, including assessment, planning, design, configuration, testing, training readiness, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- We apply our PLATINUM methodology to organize execution and uphold disciplined delivery practices.
- We develop and oversee project plans, governance structures, RAID logs, RACI matrices, change tracking, and executive-level reporting.
- We manage scope definition, escalation handling, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination in enterprise client environments.
- We maintain strong governance, accountability, and delivery predictability throughout every project phase.
- We facilitate steering committees, governance forums, executive conversations, workshops, and coordination meetings.
- We communicate status updates, risks, dependencies, recommendations, and key decisions clearly to executive and operational audiences.
- We act as a trusted advisor to client leadership teams, helping support informed decisions and long-term operational alignment.
- We build effective working relationships with client stakeholders, consultants, technical teams, and leadership groups.
- We identify readiness risks, adoption concerns, and change impacts from a delivery perspective.
- We coordinate with internal stakeholders and external change management providers so change activities stay aligned with project timelines and delivery needs.
- We guide teams on business process impacts, operational transitions, training implications, and implementation readiness considerations.
- We ensure change-related dependencies and organizational impacts are reflected in governance and project planning.
- We coordinate functional consultants, technical resources, developers, integration specialists, and reporting teams.
- We ensure solution delivery aligns with client requirements, industry best practices, and our professional services standards.
- We oversee testing cycles, UAT planning, defect management, cutover preparation, and go-live readiness.
- We support deployment planning, stabilization efforts, and post-go-live transition support.
- We contribute to the ongoing improvement of our delivery frameworks, governance standards, and consulting playbooks.
- We support internal mentoring, consultant development, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- We participate in continuous improvement activities that strengthen enterprise delivery, operational maturity, and consulting excellence.
- We help reinforce project management standards and delivery consistency across our organization.
