Equipment Operator

We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious Equipment Operator to join our team. This role is vital for ensuring the efficient flow of materials, managing inbound and outbound shipments, and contributing to overall inventory accuracy. The successful candidate will operate various types of material handling equipment while strictly adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.

Equipment Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available

• 2nd Shift – Monday to Friday 3:30pm-1:30am - $22.00/hr
• 3rd Shift – Monday to Friday 10pm-7am - $22.00/hr
• The initial two weeks of employment will require training on a 1st shift schedule.
• Safely and proficiently operate a diverse range of material handling equipment on-site.
• Execute the unloading and receiving of all Over-The-Road (OTR) deliveries as directed by supervision.
• Monitor and facilitate the loading process of final product railcars, including the accurate completion of all required documentation.
• Assist in inventory control activities, performing tasks such as cycle counting to ensure precise inventory records.
• Demonstrate a strong willingness and ability to learn the operation of the baler.
• Commit to learning the operation and routine maintenance of all processing equipment within the facility.  

Equipment Operator Qualifications:

• Ability to learn quickly and safely operate various types of industrial equipment.
• Capable of performing physical tasks, including standing, walking, lifting, and operating equipment for extended periods in an industrial environment. 
• Experience operating sit-down forklifts. 
• Previous experience as a Material Handler. 

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
