As a Commercial Roofer, you have a strong background in roofing, with experience in various roofing systems and techniques. This role involves working on commercial properties, ensuring the installation, maintenance, and repair of roofs to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems including flat roofs, metal roofs, and shingles. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications and requirements. Perform welding tasks as needed for metal roofing installations. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols. Conduct inspections of roofs to identify issues or areas needing repair. Utilize metal stud framing techniques when required for structural support. Engage in remodeling projects that involve roofing elements. Execute concrete forming tasks as necessary for roof foundations or supports. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local building codes and regulations. Experience & Qualifications: Proven experience as a roofer or in a related construction field. Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics. Ability to weld and work with various roofing materials. Familiarity with metal stud framing techniques is a plus. Strong knowledge of safety practices within the construction industry. Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy materials. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites. Diversity matters.
