Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Remote (Phoenix, AZ)

Position Overview

• Prepares and delivers informative, well-organized presentations and project status reviews to stakeholders including process owners, customers and stakeholders
• Coordinates and oversees the work of multiple Business Analysts for large, complex projects.
• Focuses on solving conflict; maintains confidentiality; listens to others without interrupting; keeps emotions under control; remains open to others' ideas and tries new things
• Works within guidelines of established methods; obtains, clarifies and provides information within established parameters
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to balance, prioritize and organize multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in teams and across organizations
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships inside and outside the organization
• Proficient analytical skills to evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, consolidate details and extract to functional requirements
• Demonstrated ability to effectively translate user requirements into business, functional and test scenarios for projects of various sizes and complexity
• Demonstrated ability to develop and write technical documentation

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

Preferred Skills:

• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience
