  • Collaborate across the Growth team, and especially with digital marketing, on strategies to promote and disseminate content to the right audiences and measure content effectiveness.
  • Plan and execute webinars through conference sponsorships and industry channels, collaborating with the digital marketing team to promote content to target audiences.
  • Design, source, and curate unique gift packages for clients and prospective accounts to foster strong professional relationships.
  • Stay current with B2B marketing trends, event best practices, and sales enablement tactics to keep Modea's presence fresh and impactful.

  • Impeccable proofreading and copyediting skills with an eagle eye for detail, tone, and grammar.
  • Practical expertise in writing and developing diverse marketing formats, such as case studies, promotional materials, and transforming research into readable whitepapers.
  • Strong organizational chops to fully own the logistics, timelines, and execution details for conferences and events.
  • Ability to seamlessly manage relationships with third-party vendors, conference organizers, and printers, ensuring booth materials and swag arrive on time.
  • A disciplined approach to tracking project-specific event expenses and keeping activations strictly within budget.
  • Strong foundational proficiency in Google Suite, with a critical emphasis on Google Sheets (for building event trackers, timelines, and managing budgets) and Google Slides (for formatting clean, client-ready sales enablement decks and presentation materials).
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple overlapping project timelines, prioritize daily tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to execute marketing initiatives that align with overall business goals, while tracking basic performance metrics to see what’s working.
