The asset is a prominent Manhattan office tower operating at a high standard, with strong ownership expectations around service delivery, presentation, and operational consistency. The team is established and collaborative, providing a solid platform to learn and develop.
Day-to-day, the role supports the Property Manager and wider site team across vendor coordination, work order management, financial reporting, budgeting support, and general building operations. You’ll be working closely with another Assistant Property Manager and the Property Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution while gaining exposure to broader asset-level responsibilities.
