**Role Overview:**
We are looking for a motivated appointment setter to perform cold calls to local businesses and schedule qualified meetings.
**Responsibilities:**
* Make outbound cold calls to local businesses
* Use a provided script to introduce services
* Identify interested prospects
* Schedule meetings with qualified leads
**Requirements:**
* Strong communication skills
* Comfortable speaking on the phone
* Willingness to make calls consistently
* Basic understanding of sales (preferred but not required)
**Compensation:**
This is a commission-based role. You will earn **$150+ per deal closed** from meetings you book. There is no cap on earnings.
