Are you an energetic self-starter who loves solving problems and helping others succeed? We are looking for a Customer Account Manager to join our dynamic Account Services team in Knoxville!
In this role, you won't just be checking boxes—you will be a vital link in ensuring our clients receive top-tier service. We are looking for someone who can easily switch between seeing the "big picture" and managing the fine details. If you are a critical thinker who can act decisively, work collaboratively, and keep the client at the center of everything you do, we want to hear from you.
Please Note: While there is minimal phone work involved, this is not a sales position.
salary: $19.99 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
- Serve as a dedicated, customer-focused point of contact for our accounts, ensuring their needs are met with excellence.
- Use critical thinking to navigate challenges, streamline processes, and make impactful decisions on the fly.
- Maintain a deep understanding of high-level project goals while paying meticulous attention to specific operational processes.
- Work hand-in-hand with fellow team members, stepping in to support one another to achieve both team milestones and company-wide goals.
